I have no experience with this topical, but I use Aveeno, and it does a great job with baby bum rashes.





Another tip for the rash (which I used all weekend, and it worked great!) Add a few tablespoons of Baking Soda to your baby's bath, let them soak in it for a few minutes. You should do this 3-4 times a day, after your baby has bathed in the warm baking soda water let the child airdry for ten-thirty minutes afterward, then apply the cream, then the diaper. This trick cleared up my sons terrible rash in two days this weekend!
