Do you know this nappy rash cream?

My 6 month old got dry patches in skin. Doc prescribed a hydrosol cream. She said its a mild cortisol cream with antifungi action. She said its mild and use for nappy rash too.In precription it says 'hydrosol' and I remember doc mentioned it would be under trade name sigma..something.

Do any of you guys know this cream, and have used it? Is it good?

Thanks in advanceDo you know this nappy rash cream?
Yes. Just used some hydrozole cream on my son's nappy rash and dry skin rash. Think it was just marked as Hydrozole cream on the tube though. Doctor advised mixing 1/2 cream %26amp; 1/2 baby lotion. Helped clear his skin up quite well. Was advised by our Doctor not to use for an extended period though. Also we steered clear of baby wipes and bath lotions for the duration of the rash and just used warm slightly salty water and cotton wool.Do you know this nappy rash cream?
I think thats what my mom used to use in her ears. She had an itchy ear exema type thing in her ears and it worked really good.
