Whats the best kind of diaper rash cream?

I have perscription diaper rash cream from the doctor but I can only use that twice a day for up to 7 days.. Her rash is getting better and i was using baby powder for the inbetween changes, but I read online that its not good for their lungs and can cause other types of cancer..So Im wondering what is the best diaper rash cream?

thanksWhats the best kind of diaper rash cream?
The best stuff is Triple Paste, hands down, no discussion. You sometimes have to ask for it at the pharmacy counter, but you don't need a prescription.Whats the best kind of diaper rash cream?
for me, A %26amp; D ointment:) its like neosporin for the tushy!
Bepanthem, Sudacream
I use A %26amp; D but I must say the one thing that ensures diaper rash going away is airing the baby out and also drying her REALLY well after wiping during a diaper change - that is VERY important. It works wonders.

Breastmilk right on the diaper rash helps also, if you are still nursing.

I'd hate to repeatedly put creams on a baby, after all it does have chemicals and it will enter the body through the skin.
Butt Paste
Its called ';butt paste'; the hospitals reccomend and carry it and you can buy it at Wal-mart. I used it and it is AWESOME!!

My hospital actually gave me a tube of it before i left because i likes it so much.
We used A %26amp; D and Desitin. Both seemed to work and had it cleared up within days.
Paladin works wonders. Also udder cream too. you can get both at the pharmacy. try not to use baby wipes but a wash cloth when changing her and let her wear nothing for a little while each day to air her out.
Breastmilk works great for us. (applied to rash)

I use Lansinoh lanolin wipes and no other creams or powders and we have rarely had an issue. They are a bit more expensive, but like I said, I don't buy diaper creams or powders, so maybe it's actually cheaper.
I can't think of the full name....but it's in a tube w/ a yellow label %26amp; it's called butt paste...or desitin...they both work great.
I have used Dr. Smiths diaper cream you can buy it over the counter but it is a bit pricey but I think it works great
Boudreaux's Butt-Paste!!!! It is the best put it on at night and in the morning the butt is better!!!

Also try to change the diaper very often and try not to change brands of diapers
I think the best is original Desitin. It is the longest lasting of the brands I have tried. I haven't tried Butt Paste, but I know other moms who like it too.
I like Burts Bee's. Had several of my friends that are totally homeopathic buy it for me and it is what works best for my little guy. (When I put Desitin on his rash he screams as if he is in total pain...) I have never heard of Butt Cream so I cannot comment on how good it is.
I used Desitin on my kids and it worked well (that was 18 + years ago)...also, leave the diaper off and let that little bottom air out some, besides using just creams.
