By the next time I changed his diaper..so 3 hours he showed improvement. Overnight it works like a charm...clears everything up. He seems to feel better as soon as I put it on. Desitin is the best, and so is Maalox mixed with vaseline. Works wonders!
Can be cleared up in one day. :)
It doesn't work for all babies. It ate my son up, GAVE him a rash instead of helping.
