Going to Cyprus; what's the best cream to use to avoid getting a rash?

last time I went I got a nasty red rash all overGoing to Cyprus; what's the best cream to use to avoid getting a rash?
When I go on holiday I get loads of red lumps on my arms and chest, my doctor advised me to take antihistamines (like piriton) for 7 days before I went on holiday and for 7 days whilst i was there and it worked. Apparently i've got sun sensitive skin.





But if you get a rash all over it may be an allergy to your suncream, i'm sure Nivea or Boots do a suncream for people who have an allergy to suncreamGoing to Cyprus; what's the best cream to use to avoid getting a rash?
