You could try tea tree oil, it is an natural antiseptic. If you mix it with a bit of cocoa butter and calandula flowers (ok, I can not spell it) from the health food store and it will help heal sores and help with any scaring as well.

Ive had a heat rash for 20 years. Not contagious. Went away while using Steroid Cream, but came back after?
