Ive developed a very bad rash all over my face, back, chest and pretty much everywhere apart from my legs. Its is vicious and little raised bumps that are itchy but also flakey. I think its an allergic reaction to something ( the doc says it may have been my fake tan or the sun)
anyway does anyone know if a weak steroid cream is effective for allergic reaction rashes. Im aware steroids are bad but I really want rid of this rash!]

benedryl makes a cream. try that
