Raw Shea Butter is the best product in the world. It comes from Africa. There is White Raw Shea Butter, and there is Yellow. It is better than any desiten or baby butt butter you can buy. It heals wounds as well as diaper rash. I sell this product in my store. And if you would like more information on it please email me. It is not that expensive. And one package will last a very long time. It has multiple uses. So you can use it on your baby's bottom and you can use it on a cut or scrape. My email is pleasantlivinggifts @ yahoo . com . Here is some more info on Raw Shea Butter : Raw Shea butter has soothing, moisturizing and protecting effects. Due to the presence of a sizeable quantity of unsaponifiable fats, its content in vitamins and other active elements, Shea butter adds other more precise activities to these general properties. It displays a protecting role against UV rays because of its content in cinnamic acid and can thus be incorporated in solar products. The natural latex contained in Shea butter would moreover prevent certain sun allergies. Shea butter also helps cell regeneration and capillary circulation. This favors the healing of small wounds, skin cracks and crevices, and skin ulcers. In the cosmetic field, this property is an asset against skin aging. It has restructuring effects on the epidermis, also on dry and fragile hair. Dry skin, dermatitis, dermatoses, eczema, sun burn, and burns are all helped by natural Shea butter. It has an anti-elastics characteristic which makes it a good active ingredient against stretch marks. Shea butter can also be used to treat rheumatism and aching muscles, and to ease colds because it decongests nasal mucous tissues. It is very well tolerated by the skin for it does not normally trigger any allergic reaction and can even be used on very sensitive skin areas such as mucous tissues and around the eyes.
Good Luck! How do i get rid of dipper rash i have tried rash creams changed his food and dippers please help?
When my first baby had terrible diaper rash an aide in the hospital nursery lived across the street from me. She told us to use Barbasol Brushless Shave Cream on it. I thought that was crazy, until it cleared it up in just a few days. Many hospitals and nursing homes used it on bed sores and pressure sore, at least 20 some years ago. I still keep it around for irritations of different kinds. How do i get rid of dipper rash i have tried rash creams changed his food and dippers please help?
SOme babies have sensitive skin. Each time you change the baby, put his/her little bottom under warm water in the sink, just rinse it off. Get Desitin, it's thicker than some brands and stays on. In fact after putting it on and having to change another diaper, rinse off again, but don';t try to rub the Desitin off, just apply a little more over it. It will not hurt to stay on. It's a barrier, nothing will get underneath it. When baby is healed, you can use the thinner easier to spread stuff on a daily basis to prevent diaper rash. Bebina I think it's called works REALLY well. It's from Mexico and comes (or used to anyway) in a box with pink writing I believe. I got some once on a trip to Mexico, but I believe they sell it here now if you go to a store that caters to Hispanic needs.
Vaseline, Zinc... But finding the reason for the rash is good, and you cant change things by the day..... like try something for a few days or you wont really know what it is that is irratating the skin! Maybe let the baby drink some water in case there is just too much acid in the urine? there is something else called Aquafor thats works well, its similar to regular vaseline, or triple paste, you should be able to find all these at walmart! Try exposing the bottom to air as well, just put down towels or blankets you can wash in case they pee on it!
Aquaphor Healing Ointment. It's made by Eucerin and you can get it at any drug store. It worked wonders for me!!! And I don't have a baby...I actually need it myself because of some medical issues I have. But it's really great stuff. They make a regular and a baby formula.
I find that using vaseline worked best to keep from getting it re irritated.
You may need an RX to get rid of it if it won't go away. It is just like a yeast infection- can require medication.
Stop wearing diapers.
I guess finding the route of the diaper rash is the first problem. Some children just have diaper rash due to sensitive skin. My kids...I tried to change them every 2 hours so they werent sitting in wet diapers...yet they slept through the night with them...when my daughter had a diaper rash (due to teething) I filled a shallow sink with milk and bathed her in it...it actually worked!!!
The best thing you can do is use Desitin cream and/or medicated powder
Dyprotex worked great for my 3 kids. It is hard to find though. Walgreens carries it, but I haven't found it anywhere else.
