Which is the best nappy rash cream? (UK)?

My 2 week old has a bright red bum, I've got a sample size of Bepanthen but it doesn't seem to be doing much. Anyone got any wonder tips or best creams to try using?

air!! Give your lil uns bum some fresh air, take the nappy off for half an hour or so, make sure your somewhere warm, without a draft. It really does wonders. Sudocrem has always worked best for me. If your using baby wipes, either try a different type (pampers play havoc with my lil uns bum) or if you could use cotton wool and luke warm water, make sure the area is somewhat dry before putting the nappy back on.Which is the best nappy rash cream?
