my daughter has had 2 UTI's, she's taking antibiotics for it... hospital gave her a VCUG (heart breaking to watch) and an ultrasound on her kidneys and bladder, doctors said shes perfect (thank god) and the utis are cause by bacteria in her number 2
i use destin creamy to prevent rashes, if it somehow got over her utheral would it give her an infection? how often should i use it?Can diaper rash cream cause UTI's?
I used to use diaper rash cream every night on my daughter due to very sensitive skin. However if your following direction and using it on the outside then I dont think its from that. Are you wiping her from front to back?? Thats normally how they get UTI's. Now if your putting the cream all up in everything well then yes.
*It could be when you wash her. Do you give her bubble baths or put anything in the water? If you do then that could cause one.*Can diaper rash cream cause UTI's?
I am not sure, but you should use soap and warm water instead.

I would think it might. dr says do not use bubble bath, cause it traps bacterias. Why would not cream donthe same bacteria trap?
