I've never heard of diaper rash cream doing what you say.





There is a slightly embarrassing rumour that pile cream causes your skin to tighten and would therefore affect wrinkles..





This may have been arguably true for a limited time, because the cream relied specialist ingredients which tightened sagging skin. HOWEVER, there is no clinical evidence to support this.





In fact some pile creams are known to contain dangerous irritants to the eyes. Combined with this unusual use for pile cream. Manufacturers have been prompted to remove these ingredients.
I haven't ... but I can't stand the smell of most diaper rash creams ... reminds me of changing diapers. I couldn't have it near my face. lol.
The only thing zinc oxide can do other than help diaper rash is help prevent sunburn.
