zinc oxide, found in diaper rash creams, works quite well, the irritation under the breasts comes from friction and moisture, much like diaper rash. Give it a try.Deos anyone know of a good cream for 'under-boob' rash.?

or you could try diaper rash ointment...
You could always try squirty cream, it's cool and refreshing.

This redness in crevices (like under the breast) comes from too much moisture. The docs I work with treat it with Nystatin powder. The main objective is to eliminate the moisture. After you shower, rinse well, dry well and apply baby powder (lightly) or use corn starch. Get it from the baking section at the grocery store. It's cool and soothing...and inexpensive.
