You should only need to use the cream once becuase it's only purpose is to kill the bugs. After that, it's a matter of your body flushing off and exfoliating the skin cells that have their bodies (and disgustingly enough, eggs and feces as well). Those remaining things are what is going to make your skin continually itch after treatment and will leave the tell-tale lines and rashes. Healing time depends on how bad your case was but it can run from 2 weeks to 2 months. Since you've already stopped itching so soon, I'd give it 2-3 weeks. Feel better!
